Tamara Ilinsky Crantschaninov is a Public Policy Manager (EACH/USP), with a Master’s and Doctorate in Public Administration and Government (EAESP/FGV), with training and research internships at the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands). She served as Chief of Technical Advisory to the Mayor of São Paulo (2013-2014) and Technical Advisor to the Public Defender’s Office of the State of São Paulo (2014-2016). Currently, she is dedicated to consulting in the field of public policies, with extensive experience in strategic planning and governance of both public and private organizations. She is the Director of Vena, a consultancy focused on solutions for public management in Brazil.
